Baryonyx Corporation, a Texas based, energy company have been awarded two offshore wind concessions in the Gulf of Mexico, the largest in U.S. history. Additionally, a further lease has been granted for an onshore wind energy development in the Texas Panhandle.
It is planned that each project will include a scaleable data-center powered by wind energy together with other zero to low-carbon energy production and storage technologies.
Baryonyx is set to become a leading provider of both renewable energy and low-carbon, on-line data management and storage in the United States.
The Baryonyx Corp. model is not a simple wind play, it isn’t just about green electricity for the grid. Rather, the wind/data concept is a unique, holistic approach to solving one of the biggest energy concerns facing the country.
